This page summarizes how Arvethon, operated by Arveth Technologies (a subsidiary of Arveth Multi-Concept), approaches age requirements, data protection, and platform safety. It supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service rather than replacing them.

1. Age requirement

Arvethon is restricted to users 18 years of age or older. Date of birth is collected and verified at registration; accounts that fail this check are declined at signup. We do not knowingly operate accounts for anyone under 18, and we act promptly to close any account we identify as belonging to a minor.

2. Data protection practices

• Passwords and security-question answers are never stored in plain text — only salted cryptographic hashes.
• Sessions use signed, time-limited tokens rather than long-lived credentials.
• Repeated failed login or account-recovery attempts trigger automatic, temporary lockouts.
• Two-factor authentication is available and optional, adding an emailed one-time code at login.
• Payment processing is handled by our payment partner, ArvethPay — we do not store card or bank account details on Arvethon's own systems.

3. Content safety

Every message sent to an Arvethon model — whether through the chat app or the developer API — passes through automated safety checks before and during generation. Requests seeking to generate content involving minors, weapons, malware, or targeted harassment are declined automatically. We do not permit use of the platform for these purposes, and we cooperate with lawful requests from authorities where legally required.

4. Model sourcing and disclosure

Arvethon's AI capabilities are powered by a curated set of models selected and configured by Arveth Technologies. We disclose the general nature of the models available (their relative strengths, cost tier, and capabilities such as vision or reasoning support) but do not disclose which specific third-party providers or underlying products are used. This is an intentional product design choice, not a compliance gap — no aspect of the underlying providers' branding is presented to users as Arvethon's own, and Arvethon's own terms, safety rules, and pricing govern the experience regardless of what powers it internally.

5. Financial compliance

Credit purchases are processed through ArvethPay. A portion of every purchase is retained by Arveth Technologies as a service/maintenance fee, consistent with standard platform economics; the remainder is converted into usable credit at the rate disclosed in the app at time of purchase. Users are notified before any purchase is finalized.

6. Your rights and requests

You can access, correct, or delete your personal data directly from the app (Settings → Profile), or by contacting us. Account deletion removes your profile, conversations, API keys, and credit balance from our active systems.
