Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Arvethon, a product owned and operated by Arveth Technologies, a subsidiary of Arveth Multi-Concept ("Arveth," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using Arvethon, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

1. What Arvethon is

Arvethon is an AI-powered chat platform that gives you access to a curated selection of AI models through a single interface, a developer API, and related features (credits, voice, file analysis, and more). Arvethon is a product of Arveth Technologies; all rights in the Arvethon name, design, interface, and underlying implementation belong to Arveth Technologies.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Arvethon. By registering, you confirm that the date of birth you provide is accurate and that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account we reasonably believe belongs to someone under 18.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We offer optional security features (a security question, two-factor login) that we encourage you to use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Arvethon to:

• Generate or attempt to generate content involving child sexual abuse material, or any sexual content involving minors.
• Create malware, exploit code, or content intended to attack computer systems.
• Seek instructions for weapons, explosives, or chemical, biological, radiological, or nuclear harm.
• Harass, stalk, dox, or target a specific individual.
• Attempt to bypass, extract, or reverse-engineer Arvethon's safety systems, system instructions, or underlying configuration.
• Abuse the API, resell access without authorization, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or credit charges.
• Use the service for any purpose that violates applicable law.

Violating this section may result in suspension or termination of your account, at our discretion, without refund of unused credits.

5. AI-generated content

Arvethon's responses are generated by AI models and can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation. You are responsible for independently verifying anything you rely on. Arvethon is not a substitute for professional advice — legal, medical, financial, or otherwise.

6. Credits and payment

Certain models require credits, purchased through our payment partner ArvethPay. Credit purchases are processed at the exchange rate and fee structure in effect at time of purchase and, once confirmed, are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Free-tier usage is subject to the limits displayed in the app and may change at our discretion.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of the messages, files, and content you submit to Arvethon. By submitting content, you grant us a license to process, store, and use it as needed to operate and improve the service, consistent with our Privacy Policy and your settings (including the "Use my chats to improve Arvethon" toggle, which is opt-in).

8. API access

If you generate an API key, you agree to keep it confidential, use it only for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms, and accept that requests made with your key are billed to your account. We may revoke API access that violates these Terms or shows signs of abuse.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms, for extended inactivity, or as needed to comply with law. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of unused credits except where required by law.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Arvethon is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arveth Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on AI-generated content.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Arvethon after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
